📋 Description
• Analyze business and functional requirements for a COTS product (PeopleSoft) • Update Requirements Matrix to maintain traceability of requirements through the lifecycle • Support troubleshooting, testing and training activities, to include documenting test cases/plan for user acceptance /stakeholder testing • Document processes and team guides • Participate in the daily scrum, sprint planning, testing, retrospective and sprint reviews • Support activities associated with customer deployments (configuration setup, walkthroughs, testing, etc.) • Interact with users and subject matter experts for requirements, design, and user test • Collaborate with users, developers, and other analysts to resolve complex defects and issues
🎯 Requirements
• PeopleSoft experience is required • Create, execute, and document test cases/results based on requirements provided • Experience working with Agile software delivery methodologies and Jira software is required • Experience with both manual and automated testing • Map the requirements to test scripts and validate not only documented requirements but validate current functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios • Handle multiple assignments based on directed priorities • Excellent communication skills are essential • Agile and/or PeopleSoft Certifications are highly desirable • Bachelors Degree is required
