• Intake sensitive health information with confidentiality • Troubleshoot user problems and provide solutions • Process TRICARE premium payments and handle various payment methods • Educate beneficiaries on healthcare plan options, coverage, and eligibility • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • 2-3 years of experience in customer service within a healthcare or medical plan environment required • 1-2 years of call center experience in a high-volume environment required • Experience with TRICARE programs and premium payment processing strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
