📋 Description

• Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities. • Configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems. • Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide recommendations regarding system settings, programming, and operational improvements. • Partner with Sales on customer visits to support new business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic) or related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in automation and control systems engineering • Strong knowledge of electronics, PLC-controlled systems, and troubleshooting • Experience training or supporting distributors or partners • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across America. • Fluently communicate verbally and written in English.
