📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams across multiple streams or domains • Collaborate with product owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions • Drive architectural decisions, technical standards, and best practices across teams • Mentor and grow engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and collaboration • Conduct regular technical reviews, ensure system reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with DevOps and QA to optimize CI/CD, testing, and observability • Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovation into the engineering roadmap • Champion a healthy engineering culture — promoting autonomy, quality, and pragmatic problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role • Strong background in full-stack or backend/frontend systems • Proven ability to lead technical projects, define architecture, and make strategic technology decisions • Hands-on expertise with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Node.js, Java, or Python • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure as code) • Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and distributed systems • Excellent communication and influencing skills — able to balance technical and business perspectives • Strong problem-solving mindset, capable of breaking down complex challenges and guiding others through ambiguity • Experience working in Agile, product-driven environments
