• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics delivering business solutions that rely on effective availability, usability and understandability of data and analytical workflows • Experience with data modeling and integration (ETL) designs and approaches • 3+ years of experience managing a team of data analysts or engineers and leading the design, development and implementation of building BI applications • 3+ years of experience in building BI tools including tools like Tableau/Power BI, R/Python, SSIS/Informatica/Pentaho etc. • 3+ years’ experience delivering BI and data analytics solutions that involve statistical modeling or machine learning and the use of associated libraries and tooling, which emphasize effective design and usability for end users • Understanding of data warehouse concepts such as: patterns for time variance and generic versus explicit data structures; standards-based approaches for object names and data types; using logical data models to document and explain business objectives • Understanding of best practices and principles in SQL, query design, data validation/automation and analytic functions • Understanding of differences between various database architectures, such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and/or Access
