• Support the Corporate, Government, and Wholesale market segments for the cluster. • Manage own accounts secondary to the Cluster Director of Sales key accounts. • Conduct a minimum of 40–50 sales calls per month, client entertainments, and site inspections. • Record all activities in SFA or CRM. • Support Sales Strategic Planning (SSP) of proactive sales team members. • Help establish new client contacts and develop revenue potential from accounts. • Support sales team management: Assist in setting objectives for sales team members and monitor performance. • Ensure all new team members are oriented in MH brand strategy and positioning. • Support coaching and training to develop team selling skills. • Maintain accurate reporting of business results and action plans. • Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and competitor offerings. • Assist in operational budget adherence and cost control. • Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, and sales trips as required. • Support creation of packages and promotions for low occupancy periods. • Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate delivery of guest experiences. • Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Ensure efficient administration and documentation.
