• Act as a key ambassador for the hotel and brand. • Create a powerful first impression for guests. • Provide information, act as a diplomat, salesperson, and hotel representative. • Stay updated on hotel products, services, and facilities. • Ensure compliance with brand standards and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures. • Ensure guests enjoy a positive and memorable experience.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in hotel management or related field. • Previous experience as a Guest Service Centre Supervisor in Front Office. • Excellent oral communication skills. • Experience with Front Office systems. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
