📋 Description

• Responsible for the governance and oversight of high-complexity SAP projects, ensuring methodological adherence and control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks. • Acts strategically, ensuring integration between functional and technical tracks, consolidating executive information and supporting the development of mid-level PMOs within the operation. • Consolidate master plans and integrated schedules for SAP projects. • Monitor KPIs, risks, Q-Gates, budget, and resources. • Lead and report executive status updates to Minsait and the client. • Manage and support Change Request processes, audits, and governance. • Ensure document standardization and traceability of deliverables. • Coordinate alignment meetings with functional and technical areas (SD, MM, FI, HCM, BASIS, among others). • Support and guide mid-level PMOs in executing routines and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a PMO on SAP ECC projects. • Proven experience on SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield and/or Brownfield). • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid). • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Strong executive communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders. • Desirable knowledge: SAP Activate. • SAP Cloud ALM. • Power BI. • Advanced Excel. • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or SAP Activate Project Manager. • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Intermediate English and/or Spanish is desirable.
