📋 Description

• Professional responsible for working on a telecom operator project, providing specialized services in SOM (Service Order Management), Service and CPE Inventory, HFC, GPON and FWA networks, and system integrations. • The architect will be responsible for ensuring technical and functional alignment between business areas and technology solutions, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables. • Assess business and engineering requirements, ensuring adherence to NetCracker’s SOM solution. • Prepare and approve technical and functional documentation. • Propose architectural and process improvements. • Validate test scenarios and manage defect triage. • Present solutions to the operator’s internal areas and participate in handovers and war rooms. • Monitor the post-production phase, analyze reports, prepare application health reports, and open defect tickets with the observability team. • Define and maintain Resource Inventory processes (CPE, HFC, GPON, FWA) for the CPQD GPL product. • Perform technical analysis and documentation for integrations between consuming systems and backends. • Define KPIs together with CCOE teams, Centers of Competence and Business Areas. • Recommend technical solutions and support architecture decisions for complex integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SOM (Service Order Management) – NetCracker. • Knowledge of Service and CPE Inventory. • Prior experience with complex system integrations. • Experience with Rancher, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ and Kafka. • Familiarity with CPQD GPL products. • Knowledge of architecture and integrations via Google Apigee. • Experience in telecom environments (HFC, GPON, FWA). • Experience with application observability and monitoring. • Knowledge of agile methodologies. • Experience defining and tracking technical KPIs. • Experience in digital transformation projects at telecom operators. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or related fields.
