📋 Description

• Take full accountability for the success and adoption metrics of your product area, looking beyond immediate feature sets to define how our software and hardware seamlessly integrate. • Predict 1-2 year industry shifts, initiate de-risking projects today, and distill massive market complexity into a crystal-clear "North Star" for your team. • Proactively design solutions that address the "cost of scale." • Take ill-defined problems within the detection and optimization space, evaluate highly variable factors, and guide them toward compelling, actionable solutions with high-conviction business cases backed by a robust 12-month roadmap. • Build a permanent rhythm of discovery to inform your long-term plans.

• You exhibit advanced, wide-ranging experience and are highly comfortable navigating the ambiguity, autonomy, and rigorous standards expected at top-tier tech organizations. • You always start with the user and work backwards. • You possess sharp business acumen, deeply understanding financial levers (like COGS and margins) and exactly how your product ties into broader engineering and sales goals. • You excel at breaking down highly complex issues, evaluating variable factors, and delivering creative, highly effective solutions to the market. • You excel at managing "up and sideways."
