📋 Description

• Develop and implement change management and communication strategies to support transformation. • Lead collaboration with the Communications team to develop a communication strategy. • Advise leadership on effective change sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness. • Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments. • Identify, monitor, and mitigate change-related risks and resistance throughout an initiative's lifecycle. • Collaborate with the Communications and Public Affairs team to craft and deliver content and messages. • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business administration, organizational psychology, communications, or a related field. • Certification in a recognized change methodology (Prosci, CCMP, etc.) or equivalent training and experience. • 5–10 years of change management experience supporting large-scale, complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives. • Strong understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and adoption practices. • Proven experience supporting stakeholder engagement, change impact analyses, and readiness planning. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple priorities. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration tools (MS Forms, Canva). • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
