📋 Description

• Define business needs by interviewing, analyzing, and documenting business processes, including as-is and to-be models • Analyze and identify existing gaps, including research, planning, use cases, and supporting documentation • Gather requirements from business units and customers to identify desired needs • Document test scenarios and scripts in a structured way • Monitor and perform test execution and ensure test results are recorded • Coordinate re-testing of defects and issues and maintain the Defect Log • Communicate opportunities and limitations of Mitel enterprise applications to management • Provide updates and communication to Mitel business functions, management, and IT • Escalate issues as appropriate • Understand Mitel business entities and cross-divisional relationships • Visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts • Make decisions based on available information • Build positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across levels
