📋 Description

• Designing and testing automations using n8n or Zapier • Linking operational data from quote to invoice • Building dashboards that show team and partner performance • Supporting teams to use new systems effectively • Collaborating directly with the Founder to deliver ideas into action • Helping turn MJP’s goal of a fully automated, AI-driven operation into reality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in operations, data analytics, or systems automation • Skilled in workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar integration platforms • Experience connecting business tools (ServiceM8, Xero, CRMs, reporting systems) • Strong Excel and data analysis ability — able to clean, interpret, and visualise data • Some understanding of coding or scripting (JavaScript, Python, or VBA) to support custom automation logic • Confident building reports in Power BI or Wink Reports • Exceptional documentation and process-mapping skills • Excellent communication and collaboration in hybrid / remote teams • Thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment — calm under pressure and results-driven • Self-motivated, structured, and able to move ideas from concept to delivery independently
