📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of HR Digital Transformation programs • Serve as the Executive Sponsor for high-impact projects • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Project Managers • Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, KPIs, and digital workflows • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and HR leaders • Oversee program budgets using cloud-based financial tools • Anticipate and mitigate risks across programs • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge HR technologies • Lead collaboration across global, multi-national teams • Set and continuously refine delivery standards • Ensure all programs comply with internal policies and external regulations • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Mercer’s service offerings • Lead post-implementation reviews, trend analysis, and predictive risk assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred • Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, consulting, or client-facing roles • At least 7 years leading HR Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS platforms • Proven ability to manage and inspire teams of Project Managers in hybrid or remote environments • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills • Strong strategic and analytical mindset • Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certifications) • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Office365, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Smartsheets, and/or Asana • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday and knowledge of HR tech trends like AI, RPA, or cloud integrations • Workday Certification strongly preferred
