📋 Description
• Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions • Maintain accurate project forecasts for assigned workstream, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines • Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property
🎯 Requirements
• Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM • 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant • 3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the level of a subject matter expert • Strong subject matter expertise of Workday architecture, security, and best practices • Proven ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
