📋 Description
• provide on-call support for a web application that manages leads • perform interventions according to the French time zone • analyze logs and triage incidents • create tickets with an external service provider • maintain regular communication with the international IT Security team
🎯 Requirements
• application log analysis • understanding of web environments • experience in incident management or application security • good proficiency in French and English • ability to work independently and respond quickly while on call
