📋 Description

• Define and refine the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain squad. • Connect business, technology and operations teams, translating needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. • Prioritize the backlog based on data, business value and stakeholder feedback. • Ensure alignment with other squads and departments, promoting end-to-end integration of the supply chain. • Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions. • Lead discovery processes, conduct research with internal users and perform market benchmarks. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements and continuously deliver value.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics. • Experience working in agile environments and with multidisciplinary teams. • Strong analytical skills, with data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. • Experience building and managing roadmaps for complex products. • Knowledge of discovery methodologies and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). • Familiarity with Supply Chain systems such as WMS, OMS, TMS or similar. • Background in technology or logistics operations. • Knowledge of OKRs, product metrics and quantitative analysis.
