• Lead the institution activation process • Be a strategic partner to our clients • Oversee joint marketing activations with clients • Provide ongoing support to clients • Regularly check in on client usage • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Work closely with founding team and the Institution Success team to develop strategies • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities • Gather and communicate client feedback
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management or similar roles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal interactions • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and work streams simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • High level of organization and professionalism, and comfort with data-driven marketing practices • Ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and skill • Strong understanding of financial systems, markets, technology, and banking
