📋 Description

• Fortifying our organization's data, systems, and networks; leading strategic cybersecurity initiatives, implementing advanced security measures, and managing ongoing security operations. • Provides strategic leadership for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Develops and maintains a forward-looking cybersecurity roadmap. • Oversees the development and enforcement of enterprise-wide security policies and procedures. • Acts as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity incidents, coordinating executive-level response and remediation. • Partners with executive leadership to ensure cybersecurity strategies support business objectives. • Leads and mentors the cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Enhances cybersecurity communication and reporting to executive leadership. • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned. • Occasional business travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. • Ten (10) plus years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven record of leadership. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) certifications are a plus. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Deep expertise in security architecture, risk management, and compliance. • Advanced knowledge of security technologies and practices. • Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Excellent leadership and project management skills. • Occasional business travel may be required.
