🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • Experience providing support through inbound messaging • Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats • Computer with Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia/Tahoe • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed • At least 8 GB of RAM • Webcam or smartphone for clear photos
