📋 Description

• Lead full‑lifecycle implementations of MoeGo’s enterprise solution • Define project scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation for 100+ location deployments • Partner with Solutions Engineers to guide business configuration • Serve as the primary POC for executives, operations, and frontline teams • Design and deliver role‑based training and enablement • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks • Create SOPs and playbooks for scaling future locations • Capture implementation insights, track and report on success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running or supporting multi‑location pet care businesses (grooming, boarding, daycare) • Fast Learner: Demonstrates the ability to quickly master MoeGo's modules • Experience designing phased rollout roadmaps and codifying them into SOPs/playbooks • Natural partner to Solutions Engineers and cross‑functional teams • Proven ability to guide diverse stakeholders through transitions • Exceptional at crafting clear playbooks, training materials, and executive updates
