• Own and refine the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, patient needs, and prioritization of scale • Talk with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand problems and uncover opportunities • Translate user insights into clearly scoped product requirements, specs, tickets, and success metrics • Work closely with engineers to ensure clarity, feasibility, and momentum from ideation to rollout • Work with designers to craft intuitive, compassionate experiences for both patients and clinicians • Run feedback loops that help us learn quickly: usability sessions, experiments, usage dashboards, release retros • Help define and measure product success using data, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency • Contribute to product processes that enable us to scale with quality as our patient base grows
• 3+ years experience in product management (startup, healthcare a plus) • Demonstrated ability to ship products that solve real user problems, not just features • Experience using data and feedback to drive product decisions • Ability to zoom out (strategy) and zoom in (project details) without losing momentum • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where direction evolves quickly • Strong communication skills • Experience working tightly with engineering and design partners • High user empathy
