📋 Description

• Provide support for Oracle Cloud financial modules; • Analyze and resolve incidents and apply fixes; • Interact with users to understand and resolve issues; • Work with Oracle via Service Requests; • Collaborate with the global support team located in India to ensure efficient ticket resolution; • Perform accounting close activities; • Other routine tasks within the finance area.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in cloud implementations and support; • Senior hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management); • Strong understanding of Brazil localization in Oracle Cloud; • Bachelor’s degree completed; • Ability to work independently with the client; • Experience with agile methodologies; • Presence at the client's office once a week is considered a plus; • Language: Advanced English for communication in a global project.
