• Guide the implementation/configuration of a specific module, focusing on using the module’s standard architecture; in this capacity, work alongside agile development teams, support (sustaining) teams, or product design teams. • Ensure that vendor-recommended best practices are applied in the development/implementation of the module of expertise, reducing the risks of unnecessary customizations and increasing efficiency. • Ensure that solutions delivered by agile teams or support teams for the modules of expertise have the appropriate automated tests built and operational. • Monitor the evolution roadmap of the modules of expertise and develop an adoption plan for new features. • Validate the functionalities of the modules of expertise, and the solutions delivered on those modules, during platform version upgrades. • Evaluate requirements that would require customization of module functionality, propose solutions that meet the requirement with the minimum necessary customization, and avoid recommending customization when not appropriate, providing justification based on identified impacts.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Information Technology or a related field. • Professional experience on the ServiceNow platform. • Certifications such as: (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk & Compliance (IRM).
