📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance for development, design, and systems integration in projects from definition through implementation; • Review the development team's work and ensure the use of best practices; • Create and execute development plans as needs and requirements evolve; • Communicate and enforce coding standards; • Develop and leverage expertise on the platform, including workflow configuration, advanced understanding of application UI configuration, and custom applications; • Design technical solutions and best-practice guidelines based on client requirements, translating them into functional requirements; • Act as a coach and mentor, responsible for the team's career development, training, and certifications aligned with the practice strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementations and transformations • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring • Experience defining ITIL processes, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations • Experience designing and developing custom applications on ServiceNow • Experience leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and CMDB modules • Extensive experience in support, maintenance, migration, upgrade, integration, and implementation projects • Advanced knowledge in the design, implementation, and transformation of HRSD, WSD, and S2P for large clients • Experience in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle and with ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro functionality • Hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform • Experience in Greenfield, replatforming, consolidation, and migration projects • Practical experience with JavaScript • Strong communication and presentation skills, with customer-facing experience • Required ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator; ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and S2P); ITIL v3 Foundation. • Language: Advanced spoken English (there will be interview stages conducted in English).
