📋 Description

• Define and own the MomentiveIQ platform integrations roadmap • Collaborate with architecture on technical standards, APIs, and contracts governing product connectivity • Inventory and assess point-to-point integrations and define migration paths to MomentiveIQ-native integrations • Work across product teams to understand customer needs, identify shared patterns, and consolidate duplicated efforts into platform capabilities • Ensure portfolio data flows through a common data model • Own the third-party integration framework at the platform level • Partner with engineering and architecture to design scalable, secure, and performant integration patterns • Use AI tools to prototype integration patterns, analyze usage data, and generate technical specifications • Translate platform architecture into clear narratives for leadership, product peers, and GTM teams • Monitor platform adoption, usage patterns, and reliability and use data to guide investment decisions • Stay current on AI platform patterns, foundation model capabilities, and integration best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of product management experience • At least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, or integration products • Direct experience building or managing a shared platform serving multiple product teams or business units • Experience defining APIs, data contracts, and integration architectures at scale • Experience managing platform migrations and deprecating legacy systems while maintaining continuity • Experience with third-party integration strategies, including partner APIs, marketplace connectors, and data sync frameworks • Deep technical fluency with architecture diagrams and API designs • Comfort using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools • Experience navigating competing priorities across multiple product teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Track record of driving adoption of platforms or shared services internally and in the market • Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence teams without direct control • Background in SaaS, multi-product platforms, or enterprise software preferred • Background in the Association or Non-Profit space is a big bonus • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be at least 18 years old • Must verify identity and complete required employment eligibility verification upon hire
