📋 Description

• Translate product strategy and roadmap initiatives into go-to-market narratives, launch plans, and enablement • Own release marketing planning and execution for assigned products • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Lead on-time, aligned, and impactful product launches • Develop and deliver buyer and sales enablement assets, including decks, demos, collateral, and ROI calculators • Partner with product, sales, client success, and marketing to improve adoption, win rates, and confidence • Track and report on launch and adoption metrics • Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards with Product and client success • Measure and optimize launch and adoption performance • Support evolving priorities and cross-functional initiatives • Engage directly with clients through advisory boards, executive conversations, interviews, and industry or company events as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or sales enablement • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate launch development and sharpen messaging • Proven success leading complex product launches • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, including executive-level communication • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Demonstrated leadership through influence; formal people management not required • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Claude, and Microsoft Co-Pilot • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18 • Ability to verify identity and complete required employment eligibility verification upon hire
