📋 Description

• Be a key leader in building a discipline of exceptional data scientists and analysts • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy - design what world class looks like • Hire, develop, and retain a high performing team of data professionals • Champion and drive a culture of rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing • Oversee the end-to-end ownership, design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable data pipelines • Drive the generation of actionable insights from data to support various business functions • Liaise with marketing, product, and engineering managers to ensure we collect the right data for meaningful business insights

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 8+ years overall and +4 years in management / in data leadership roles) • Expertise in experimentation methodologies and A/B testing frameworks (multivariate, geo-holdouts, etc, variance reduction techniques) • Ability to create data pipelines (including designing/architecting them - ETL/ELT) - especially using cloud platforms (we use Clickhouse and Bigquery) • Confidence with data Science tools languages (Python and SQL) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Love working in marketing and using advertising data from platforms such as Facebook
