📋 Description

• Ongoing communication and alignment in English with our international partners; • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing results and aligning with business objectives; • Prepare reports and perform QA (quality assurance) according to the needs of each project.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English — essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders; • Experience in paid media campaigns — managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic platforms; • Experience creating and managing ads — developing and optimizing performance ads using CPC/PPC models; • Data-driven — ability to analyze paid campaign results to inform strategic decisions and optimizations to improve performance; • Responsibility — maintain organization in daily routines, ensuring tasks and processes are completed within established deadlines; • Accountability for deadlines — commitment to delivering work on time while ensuring quality; • Proactivity — willingness to self-develop by actively participating in training and seeking the knowledge necessary for project success.
