• Evaluate agency requirements and implement compliance procedures for development for all properties • Monitor state agencies to stay updated on new policies, procedures and compliance related forms. • Ensure all properties employ the correct leasing forms and procedures (including tenant screening) • Coordinate all file reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory agreements for each property • Act as primary contact with local HUD and State Compliance Agencies.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and Project Based Section 8/Tax Credit residential properties. • 3-5 years of experience in property management (subsidy, tax credit, elderly, conventional, etc.) • Must be able to travel to properties across U.S. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and or equivalent work experience.
