📋 Description

• Advise on all aspects of government contracting-related business and regulatory issues • Analyze contractual requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions • Provide counsel on compliance-related matters including applicable regulations • Support and train teams and develop best practices and policies • Advise government sector leads and other functional teams in navigating the procurement process

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction • Minimum 10 years of experience practicing law with a focus on government contracts • Strong knowledge of US Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Defense Federal Regulation Acquisition Regulation Supplement • Broad experience in government and commercial contracting-related business and regulatory issues • Experience with environmental laws and regulations strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple internal clients and priorities
