• Architect the US Data Foundation: You will own the US data model from end-to-end. • Make the Critical Calls: You will be the expert voice, deciding when to leverage Monzo's global models. • Bridge the Atlantic: Work closely with our brilliant global AE team (UK). • Build the US-Specific Stack: Design, build, and maintain the robust, scalable, and high-quality data models. • Be the US Stack Expert: Act as the go-to technical owner for dbt, data modeling, and our data stack.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a dbt and SQL expert, period. • You have deep, significant experience in data modeling, ELT/ETL, and building "data as a product." Advanced SQL is second nature. • You're a Git pro. • You are a world-class communicator. • You have an unyielding bar for quality. • You’re all-in on the mission.
