📋 Description
• Build backend APIs in Python (Flask/FastAPI) and Node when needed • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into real products • Design, build, and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases • Turn messy business problems into clean, scalable architectures • Build functional front-end experiences in React/Next.js (dashboards, tools, flows) • Build GenAI workflows into production apps • Deploy on AWS, Vercel, serverless platforms, and manage infra with a pragmatic mindset • Own features end-to-end - scoping, building, shipping, fixing, improving • Raise the bar for speed, quality, and product reliability • You’re the kind of engineer who can take a problem, disappear for a day, and come back with a working solution.
🎯 Requirements
• Has strong backend engineering experience (Python preferred) • Can design and build production-grade APIs and systems • Is comfortable with PostgreSQL and modern cloud deployments • Has real-world GenAI experience (LLMs, RAG, prompting, model integrations) • Can build simple, clean UIs in React/Next.js when needed • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Takes full ownership and doesn’t wait for instructions • Learns fast, adapts fast, and ships fast • Is based in Europe or close enough for EU-timezone collaboration
