📋 Description

• Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients • Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project • Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies • Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables • Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience • 3+ years of HCM implementation experience • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work • A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (Nice to have) • CAPM or PMP certification (Nice to have) • Experience working with UKG products (Nice to have)
