📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting the site EHS team. • Supervising and leading a team of Solar Site Managers. • Overseeing the overall safety functions of Moss staff and sub-contractors. • Providing leadership and guidance in the areas of safety awareness, incident prevention, risk and case management. • Serving as the primary liaison between the site EHS team, clients, and senior management. • Conducting site EHS Audits on Moss safety program requirements at a minimum monthly. • Reviewing root cause analyses and incident reports for completeness and accuracy. • Helping drive corrective actions to closure when necessary. • Supporting the maintenance and implementation of EHS programs and initiatives on assigned sites. • Demonstrating extensive ability to evaluate environmental health and safety related risks and propose meaningful hazard mitigation strategies and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or BS in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred) • Seven years’ experience or ten or more years of experience in safety with a proven ability in EHS leadership roles • Must have working knowledge of related regulatory agencies and extensive knowledge of OSHA standards as they relate to the construction and power generation industries • Demonstrated ability to use standard office software programs, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc. • CHST/OHST, ASP, CSP, CUSP, CSHO. Other recognized safety certifications will be considered case by case • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
