• On the Behaviors team at Motional, work on tech stack for self-driving vehicles. • Drive project-level impact for comfortable, safe autonomous driving. • Influence the direction of teams and advise on technology solutions. • Prototype, evaluate, implement, and deploy solutions. • Mentor and reinforce a culture of inclusion and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• BA, Masters or PhD in a related field; or equivalent industry experience • In-depth understanding of common Machine Learning, Deep Learning algorithms, or ML Planning • Experience designing, training, and analyzing neural networks • Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles • Fluency in Python, including scientific computing libraries • Experience with PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks • Experience working with large data sets • Effectiveness at leading complex technical initiatives • Strong track record of tackling ambiguous problems
