📋 Description

• Drive Motive's platform internationalization strategy and execution for hardware and software • Build deep understanding of unique customer needs in international markets and translate insights into a prioritized international product roadmap • Work with every product team to drive internationalization projects and bring product areas up to the internationalization bar • Establish success metrics for internationalization platform that contribute to long-term company success • Partner closely with sales, engineering, customer success, product leaders, designers and other stakeholders • Contribute to international strategy via market research, benchmarking, financial and risk assessments • Lead international-focused roadmaps and interface with nearly every team in the product org • Operate as a startup within the larger org; wear many hats and solve varied problems daily

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management at a B2B company or on operational products • Deep analytical and dive deep skills; ability to synthesize results for an executive level audience • High desire and ability to be in a role that requires lots of execution • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence up and across successfully • Previous experience in a startup or new team environment • Experience launching products in new geographies • Bonus: experience with localization efforts like translations for new geographies • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Comfortable influencing leaders across the company and navigating complex technical and organizational challenges
