📋 Description

• Map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes • Identify bottlenecks, waste, and manual handoffs • Re-engineer workflows for cloud-native architectures using automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions • Conduct end-to-end organizational readiness assessments before cloud migration • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement business units • Adapt operational rhythms and workflows to modern cloud capabilities • Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs • Evaluate efficiency gains, process improvements, and post-migration agility • Apply structured change management and process optimization methodologies • Guide teams through operational shifts and foster a cloud-first, agile mindset

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, IT, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of experience operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations • 4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or Agile/Scrum • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS • Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR • Knowledge of Lean/Agile operational principles • Ability to define key performance metrics, map workflow bottlenecks, and translate complex data into actionable operational fixes • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification is a plus • Foundational or practitioner-level cloud certifications are a strong plus
