📋 Description

• Lead customer presentations • System staging • Complete system documentation • Live system upgrades • Ensuring the integrity of the architecture/design • Responsible for carrying out field engineering duties during a radio system upgrade cycle • Responsible for upgrading/deploying various devices which include network gear, Windows-based devices, virtual machines and Motorola proprietary devices. • Customer facing technical resource through the upgrade effort. • Primarily traveling to Texas and Oklahoma and Western customer locations to carry out their duties.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or Networking • 3+ years of Engineering or Wireless Communications experience required • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers. • Experience/knowledge in radio communication systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless or broadband/LTE highly desirable • Good understanding, and working knowledge of IP networking, network design methodologies & troubleshooting (Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS) highly desirable • Certifications through CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, CCNA or similar, highly desirable • Previous knowledge and experience working with some or all of Juniper, Aviat, Cisco, Nokia/Alcatel, Xtreme, Ceragon, highly desirable • Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to nontechnical audiences is essential
