📋 Description

• Independently manage onboarding across all provider segments and states, including complex, multi-provider, multi-location, and compliance-specific setups • Own a portfolio of up to 25 onboardings plus additional advanced provider onboardings • Manage enterprise accounts and provide high-touch, on-site support to top-tier accounts through travel as needed • Maintain high customer satisfaction across onboardings • Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned or delegated partnerships • Drive tooling, workflow, and process optimization while meeting service-level targets • Lead on personal performance targets and translate performance data into shared strategies • Improve handoff processes and knowledge sharing with Practice Success Manager leads and the onboarding lead • Mentor and train junior onboarding managers • Own revenue outcomes tied to launches, including GMV accountability starting in Q4

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing complex, high-volume onboarding portfolios with strong customer satisfaction outcomes • Experience owning strategic partnerships, including tooling and workflow optimization • Track record of meeting or exceeding service-level targets • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and translating performance data into actionable strategy • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for on-site support to top-tier accounts • Experience mentoring or training team members • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly improving handoff processes between teams • Ability to work remotely while based in the United States • Must address current or future visa sponsorship requirements to work in the United States
