📋 Description

• Commissioning & Testing: Plan, commission, and test new installations, upgrades, and modifications to existing BEMS systems. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and technical advice. • Fault Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Use your expertise to identify and rectify complex system faults across control panels, field wiring, electrical control panels, and BMS controllers. • Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered successfully on time and to specification, always aiming to exceed customer expectations. • Mentoring: Support and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills. • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BEMS Controls Engineer, with a strong engineering background. • Solid experience with TREND hardware, networks, and/or Tridium control platforms. • C&G Level 2 or equivalent electrical qualifications. • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Solid mechanical plant knowledge. • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage time effectively. • Full clean driving license and an interest in energy management. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence at all levels. • A flexible “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. • Ability to mentor junior staff members and apprentices. • Desirable: • Tridium N4 Certification. • Trend Expert Status (current or prior). • Experience with Siemens X Works and Desigo Insight. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
