• Responsible for all sales activities within the designated region (Southcentral: Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana) • Travel throughout a designated region to promote and sell company products • Plan own itinerary and schedule meetings with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, and end users to determine their needs • Evaluate market penetration in the assigned region, work from leads, market data, and customer inquiries • Conduct product training and notify technical service personnel of special or unique challenges • Keep abreast of competitor activities within the region and attend trade shows as needed • Use company software and sales programs (CRM) and provide customer awareness to warranty process • Perform other duties as assigned and report to Regional Sales Manager - West • Work environment: Outside Sales; Shift: Monday–Friday; Workplace arrangement: Remote
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a high school diploma or GED • Knowledge of heavy truck equipment industry is preferred • Three (3) plus years of work related experience • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and ability to work well with others as well as working independently • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Demonstrated successful field sales in a business to business environment • Must be willing to live in the sales territory and travel on a regular basis
