📋 Description

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and targeted development of the team in the test and calibration center • Management and continuous optimization of production and testing processes • Capacity planning, allocation of materials and personnel, and implementation of proactive risk management • Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for new product introductions • Technical development and automation of test rigs to increase efficiency • Implementation of measures to optimize processes, quality, and productivity • Responsibility for budget, investments, and spare parts management • Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair activities • Close collaboration with adjacent areas such as production, development, and other internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., automation/control engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) and several years of experience in measurement technology • Experience leading a heterogeneous/diverse team • Strong technical and analytical understanding, combined with excellent communication skills and assertiveness • Practical experience with modern production methods (Lean, Six Sigma) • Hands-on experience in automation/programming of test procedures (e.g., Excel macros, Python, LabVIEW)
