📋 Description

• You will develop forward-looking concepts together with the leadership team to strengthen the market position in the area of technical fastening and connection solutions • You will prepare business cases and fact-based decision documents for management • You will initiate and coordinate international projects to further develop and optimize the product portfolio • You will define appropriate key performance indicators to steer the assortment/product range strategy • You will promote efficient cross-country collaboration by standardizing structures and processes • You will drive the implementation of strategic initiatives in close coordination with Purchasing, Engineering/Development, Sales and Marketing • You will present results and concepts persuasively to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing and developing technical product portfolios, including international coordination with suppliers and partners • Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing • Professional experience in the technical trade/wholesale sector • Strong ability to analytically understand complex issues and structure them strategically • Additional knowledge in project management and solid familiarity with modern methods and tools • Confident proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) • Willingness to travel regularly for meetings with customers, business partners, branches or industry events
