📋 Description

• Increase sales and market share and identify new business opportunities • Acquire new customers and professionally manage existing relationships • Provide technical consulting on axis systems, linear motors, and precision automation solutions • Plan and manage customer projects — from initial inquiry to completion • Develop tailored solutions in close collaboration with the project department • Support the entire project process including technical clarification, proposal preparation, and negotiation • Use the CRM system for project and proposal management • Participate in trade shows, sales events, and internal presentation tours • Build long-term customer relationships and share technical expertise • Analyze market and competitor data and derive appropriate sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Technical vocational training or degree (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) • Experience in technical sales, ideally in automation or precision engineering • Knowledge of linear motor technology, pick-and-place systems, or control technology is desirable • Strong communication skills and solid technical understanding • Willingness to visit customers and attend occasional meetings at the headquarters
