📋 Description

• Manage inbound event inquiries and handle outbound sales calls. • Conduct virtual sales calls and present tailored event packages. • Maintain a high standard of hospitality in all communications. • Ensure smooth conversion of leads into group sales, field trips, and corporate events. • Track activity, outreach, and conversions in assigned systems. • Provide weekly updates on pipeline activity and conversion results. • Research and identify new leads across corporate, educational, and tourism verticals. • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, tracking progress and conversions systematically.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong sales presence and no fear of cold calling or speaking on the phone. • At least 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, events, or hospitality. • Ability to work independently and stay highly organized with methodical tracking. • Strong writing and editing skills, with comfort using AI tools to accelerate research and communication. • Availability to work Saturday–Wednesday, 2pm–10pm EST. • A hospitality-driven “yes” attitude with the ability to create joyful client interactions. • Spanish fluency or multilingual skills. • Experience selling birthday parties, group packages, or private events. • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Background in attractions, tourism, hospitality, or event management. • Demonstrated ability to exceed outbound sales or call quotas.
