📋 Description

• Lead and manage regional sales agencies, ensuring alignment with Mustang Survival’s corporate strategy and support of our dealer network. • Collaborate closely with sales agencies to identify market opportunities, co-develop growth strategies, and implement tactical plans to drive success. • Act as a strategic partner, providing agencies with guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. • Monitor and analyze account-level performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and deliver on strategic objectives. • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the Top 20 accounts in the region. • Develop and implement a comprehensive RAP (Regional Account Plan) to allocate marketing expenditure effectively, supporting and growing the market. • Maintain rigorous reporting practices, including a weekly pipeline report that tracks sales activities, opportunities, and performance against targets. • Own the US Eastern territory, treating it as a business unit with full accountability for its growth, profitability, and operational success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years Sales Experience with proven record in sales management, retail sales, business development, or key account management. • Strong track record of managing sales agencies or external partners and delivering revenue growth targets. • Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and analytical skills, with a results-driven approach. • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 particularly PowerPoint and Excel. • Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets. • Must have a high comfortability level with reporting, pivot tables, multi-source data compilation. • You must be legally entitled to work in the United States. • Ability to travel within the United States and to Canada to support North America sales initiatives. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. • Being a user of or passionate about one of our business areas is desired.
