📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across content, design, and partner channels. • Manage project timelines and deliverables in ClickUp and maintain clear reporting dashboards. • Oversee production and shipment of marketing materials through Zazzle and Vistaprint. • Apply partner branding (logos, QR codes, referral codes) and track fulfillment status. • Create clear and detailed creative briefs for design and video projects. • Manage the marketing content library across Google Drive, Canva, and ClickUp. • Schedule and coordinate posts with the Social Media Team via Metricool or Publer. • Handle vendor orders, approvals, and invoices while maintaining expense trackers. • Support ongoing process improvements for campaign and fulfillment workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing coordination, campaign operations, or partner marketing • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong communication and attention to detail • Proficiency with ClickUp, Canva, and Google Workspace • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative and operational teams • Experience with affiliate or partner marketing programs (Preferred) • Familiarity with print production or marketing logistics (Preferred) • Basic understanding of analytics or performance reporting (Preferred)
