📋 Description

• Build, update, and maintain WordPress pages, templates, and components. • Launch new landing pages, microsites, blogs, and partner pages. • Ensure fully responsive and mobile optimized layouts. • Manage plugins, theme updates, and platform stability. • Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse scores. • Optimize caching, reduce render blocking, compress media, and refine code. • Maintain consistent performance across all high traffic pages. • Build A and B test variations for funnels and landing pages. • Implement improved CTAs, UX flows, navigation, and layout enhancements. • Apply on page technical SEO best practices. • Optimize schema, internal linking, URL structure, and meta data. • Ensure SEO readiness for all new pages and blog content. • Convert Figma designs into fast, clean WordPress UI. • Align visuals with the Creative Director and brand guidelines. • Maintain backups, staging environments, and deployment flows. • Audit vulnerabilities and maintain plugin security. • Prevent downtime, broken links, and stability issues. • Work with Marketing, Creative, SEO, and Content teams. • Execute daily updates, hot fixes, and landing page requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Three to six years of WordPress development experience. • Expertise in Elementor, Oxygen, or custom builders. • Strong front end skills in HTML, CSS, JS, and basic PHP. • Experience improving performance and Core Web Vitals. • Ability to build fast responsive landing pages from scratch. • Comfortable working in a fast moving environment with daily tasks. • Experience partnering with marketing and creative teams. • Bonus: experience integrating Customer.io, analytics, tracking pixels, and forms.
