📋 Description
• Read Meta and Google ad performance data daily to identify fatigued hooks, effective formats, and saturated audiences • Translate performance signals into structured creative briefs covering segment, message, hook type, format, reference, and success metric • Build and prioritize a creative testing roadmap with media buyers • Form specific, falsifiable creative hypotheses • Brief designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators • Maintain a tagged creative asset library for iteration of winning concepts • Track UGC and short-form trends across TikTok and Instagram • Adapt winning formats to client brands and offers • Iterate on UGC concepts using performance data, including hooks, openers, and pacing direction • Write 15–30 second UGC-style scripts with hook, problem, proof, and CTA structure • Manage multiple client accounts and external creative partners in a distributed agency environment
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role • Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs • DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred • Ability to discuss creative strategy for higher-consideration luxury or premium purchases • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving agency environment • Experience managing multiple client accounts and external creative partners simultaneously • Strong written communication skills • Recent, hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience • Portfolio or examples of scripts that became produced ads ideally • Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting • Ability to interpret hook-rate and hold-rate curves • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative research or tagging tools is nice to have • Basic working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools is nice to have
